Do the glasses come giftboxed?
Yes, the majority of glasses comes giftboxed at no extra cost.
Can the engraving be coloured?
Yes, the engraving can be coloured gold or silver. Plain engraving gives a frosted look on the glass.
Can the glass be frosted with clear engraving?
Yes, but this is not recommended as frosted glass shows fingerprints until it is washed.
What gift ideas do you have for parents of the Bride and Groom?
Curved photoframes are most popular and can be engraved with your favourite verse, or a special thank you note.
What do you have for "littlies"?
Flower Girls - a sherry glass or small tumbler.
Page Boys - a miniture beer stein (200ml) or tumbler.
Also a small curved photoframe is a nice keepsake.
What if I need to make changes to the artwork layout?
Changes to the artwork layout can be made up until we have the signed approval to go ahead. No charge is made for artwork.
Can I use my own motif?
Yes, if a theme is being used throughout the wedding ie. on stationery etc, the same artwork for the glasses can be used. Simply email us a clear image that you would like to use. No charge is made for artwork.
Can I collect my order to avoid freight charge?
Yes, we are open Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am to midday. Please feel free to call in to our showroom to collect your order and to have a look at our extensive range of glassware.
